Magento 2 Coupon Module! HELP

Hello Guys,

I need a module for multiple rebate coupons, but each coupon needs to have one owner, and I need to pay commission for each owner. Is a module already available? Or is there anyone willing to help me create or some solution so I can automate it? Anyone who can help sends me a step by step please, because I am new to Magento! Thank you

you need to create coupon and set max use1 for that coupon.

But i don't know how you will send to the customer.
