Looking for image zoom and pan functionality similiar to Google Maps

Does anyone know of an extension that allows for the following functionality?

#1. Click on image to open a full screen overlay window.

#2. Image is automatically displayed to fit the user's display area based on the user's display resolution.

#3. While hovering over the image, you can zoom in and out using your mouse scroll wheel.

#4. You can pan the image by holding down the left mouse button and moving the mouse around.

#5. A button to reset the image back to fit the user's display size/resolution.

#6. A button to close the overlay window.

#7. The ability to display small thumbnail images within the overlay window that are part of a gallery at the bottom of the screen and click on a particular image.

The best example of the zoom and panning functionality is Google Maps.

Does an extension exist that consists of the functionality above?
