Magento 2 Store Pickup/Drop off with 3rd party login

Is there an add on available that will perform the following?

1.Admin creates list of Pickup/DropOff points

2.When uploading items for sale, the vendor specifies which locations they are willing to drop off at.

3. The buyer can narrow their search to certain pickup points near them, once they have place the order, the seller drops off the item at that location and the seller gets an alert the item is ready for pickup.

4. There would need to be a login or a way for the Pickup/DropOff points to accept the item and then release it to the seller.

If the customer add two different products to their cart and the products are in different locations so Where the customer buy the products?
