Manage a list of delivery points

I'm building an e-commerce site that sells cars in several countries. The cars are delivered at some locations, not at home.

Is there any extension that provides a "delivery points" system, where I can manage a list of delivery points and their associated shipping rates? My searches have not been fruitful so far...
