Multi store with different products and vendors

Hello, I'm searching for a Template or Extension for Magento 2 (or Magento 1.9.x) that implements multi store on a single magento site.

I need that a vendor will buy his custom shop, so he well be able to add product and customize their sub-shop by frontend (logo, name, product, shipping and payment rules and other most important magento sotre setting).

So different vendor will have different store in a single domain.

It is important to give vendor the possibility to insert product and manage their store directly by front end.

Is there any extension that do it or that has similar functions?
