Need an extension to understand specfic buying patterns and market to customers

We run on Magento CE 1.41 and we're looking for a powerful marketing extension that would allow us to figure out who are our best customers, how often these customer purchase, average order size etc.? I want to be able to run queries such as "show me all customers that have purchased X times in the last month and have spent $500+." Or something like "show me all customers who have purchased at least $X in a particular product category and haven't ordered since MM/DD/YYYY." I'd like to be able to export that data and market to those lists via email, follow up phone calls etc.  Does anyone have some suggestions on a good extension and/or a path to take to acheive this? You can approach this tast two differen ways. Firstly, you can use a sophisticated reporting tool able to allocate such users within corresponding reports. In this case, we'd suggest you to take advantage of our Advanced Reports extension.

aheadWorks, thanks so much and this looks like a great tool. In reviewing the product on your website it wasn't clear to me whether you could run a query such as: for a specific time period, show me all customers who have purchased at least X of sku ABC AND have purchased at least $XX during this time period.  Is that type of query doable?

Yes, you can create a set fo conditions determining the number of purchased itemes with a certain SKU AND (simultaneously) the amount of completed orders within a certain period of time.
