We have a store that presently uses UPS. The one problem we are seeing is when a customer orders more than one product and we want to ship all those products in one box the UPS software still charges shipping on each item as if they were being shipped in separate boxes. If we are working with a customer on the phone this is not a problem. But when they are buying on the store I have no doubt that we lose orders when the very high shipping costs appear during the order process. I am not sure if this is a UPS issue or a setting in Magento but either way we need to correct this.
