I'm currently on Magento 1.7 and 1.8 on a couple of websites and looking to upgrade to 2.0 I've been looking for a extension that would allow an open forum to all site visitors, and a paid section to provide technical support to customers. Paid could be for instance on a monthly, bi-annual, and annual payment plan. What I envision is the topic would allow me to target certain products, based upon the topic at hand.
Does anyone know of anything capable of this? I've had this idea ever since starting to use Magento several years ago. Since an upgrade is near, time to revisit it!
