Pre-defined order/shipment/credit memo comments for Magento 2 Admin

Hello Magento Community, 

We run our online store on Magento 2 and was wondering if anyone uses an extension which helps you create a pre-defined set of admin comments of order/ credit memo /shipment pages?

I have been searching for such module for a time now and so far haven't had any luck. Just curious what do other store owners use in substitute to this?

There is no such a way for this.

you need to crete plugin for each event and you can use below code for add comment

Thank you for your reply.

For example- I am shipping an order for a customer and would like to add a comment which says that: Your XYZ item has now been shipped from the warehouse. Please find the tracking number attached below and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

Currently, hand typing this note or copy-pasting from a word document is very time-consuming considering we are shipping ~50-60 orders each day. 

We have multiple brands on our store and shipping comments for each item varies as well. 

Thus a pre-defined set of comments already in Magento backend would be so ideal and handy. 

I am very stunned to know that no extension company has made such a module.
