Price slabs customization based on UOM

Hello Community,

Can it possible to define price slabs as per below:

Product Name: Home baking Flour

UOM: 1pc    100 button (+)  qty input box- 1   button (-)

UOM : 6pc      98 button (+)                             button(-)

UOM:  12pc    95 button(+)                              button(-)     

Based on qty price will change, if it 1 qty price 100 and if 7 qty (98*7=XXX)

When you click on "Add to Cart" button in the footer it has to show as below:

Total value:XXXX

Saving   : XXXXX

Please help me to achieve above logic.
