I'm looking for a product designer extension where customers can edit a (smaller preview sized) A4 canvas with uploaded images and  maybe with text. Text is optional, but the extension must have a image - upload and edit function.

When the order has been made, we need to have a full sized a4 version which we can open and print (we don't want to edit).
We don't want a subscription program (no - pay per month - extension)
Output maybe in pdf?
