RMA extension

Hey,

I'm looking for an extension for RMA that can define the options, I have products that cannot be returned for some reasons but are available for other products for example products of hygiene you only can refund them if not used and only if it as a defect but this only applies for this category the other ones you can return if you don't like it or something like that.

But I can't seem to do this in magento and didn't find any extension that i can define this things for category. Any ideas?
