Second Image Gallery / Media Checkbox Attribute

Hi all,

I'm looking for an extension that can either provide a second image gallery for products, or at least one that will allow attributes to be added with checkboxes for media items - similar to the "Exclude" option that already exists.

Alternatively, if anybody could provide a short guide for a code solution to this (e.g. how to add an attribute with a checkbox), that would also be excellent.
