Support Multiple Customers at once & Autosave Chat History
I'm in search of an extension that supports chatting and answering many customers' tickets at the same time and it has to be fast. Chat history autosave function would be nice, too. Please help me pick the best one out there. Thanks in advanced!

You can try the Help Desk Ultimate extension by Aheadworks. It is powerful enough to process multiple tickets by multiple departments and agents simultaneously and save all chat and ticket status history.

Hi Nekohatachi,
For the customer Ticket system, you can make use of UVdesk Free Helpdesk for Magento 2 and for the chat feature, you can make use of Seller Buyer Chat of UVdesk. The admin and the chat agents can see the chat history from their respective accounts as well.
