Tiered Pricing With Special Pricing

Is there an extension which would allow for a special price to be set at each quantity tier?

For example, I would like our pricing to be shown like this on the front end.

30	60	100	250
$9.66 $9.50	$8.16 $7.86	$7.71 $7.24	$7.40 $6.81
Sale Ends 12/15/2016

 A special price would be entered for each tier.

It allows creating a math formula for the final price. So you can create your custom tier pricing based on the quantity, custom options, and product attributes.
