Unable to place order in marketplace for extension

I am unable to place an order in marketplace for an extension that is added to my cart.

The Place order button is always disabled even though I add all the required fields in the billing address. Please help me resolve this.

In case the problem still occurs, you can try to buy a module directly from the developer site or reach out to Magento support team.
