Using multiple coupons with special rules

Hello everyone.

Magento 1.9.4.1 CE.

I need an extention that will allow customers to use multiple coupons in the same order. So far, so good.

I will also need to apply different shipping fees based on how many and which coupons they use, for example:

• Not using a coupon? Free shipping with a cart value of 50€.
• Using one flat coupon? Free shipping if you SPEND 20€ on my site [coupon gives you 80€ discount, you need to have a cart value of 100€ to have free shipping].
• Using multiple flat coupons? Free shipping if you SPEND 35€ on my site [coupon gives you 80€ discount, you need to have a cart value of 115€ to have free shipping].
• Cannot use multiple coupons if one of them isn't flat [a 30€ coupon with a 15% coupon].

These are just examples, of course.

I alredy knew the Amasty one and I was very interested in it. Are you sure all of these three extensions allow me to set a free shipping as per my needs?

I tried to use the Demo on the Amasty and Metagento ones, they only allow me to select which coupons I can allow/exclude, while the SafeMage one doesn't allow me to change configuration, there is only a contact module.

None of them have any field about free shipping based on how much the customer spend regardless coupon using.
