What is the "Forum" plugin used on Magento.com site?

I like the look and feel of the forum used on this site (community.magento.com).  Does anyone know what plugin was used to make it?

I've tried to use them...they are ridiculously expensive.  Do you have any recommendations on a good alternative Forum plugin to use?

Are you looking for a SaaS or self-hosted solution?

I'd rather use a self-hosted solution that will not incur ongoing charges per month.

In that case you could explore Wordpress +  BudyPress or Drupal + Advanced Forum.
