Where can i find this One page checkout extension?

I am trying to find following one page checkout extension for the past few months. See this screenshot - http://awesomescreenshot.com/09f57p9351

Most one page checkout extensions in magento marketplace have similar column layout. I am not looking for a that kind of one page checkout extension. Please refer to my screenshot.

Does anyone know where i can find that kind of checkout extension? above screenshot i took from a magento website.

To me it looks like the merchant has customized the front layout of the extension. I dont know if any similar extension exist. You can try a technically strong One Step Checkout and request the developer to customize it.

However there are 2 different extensions for the above. One to enable the social login and the other one is a Good one step checkout module by the same development company

For the "Facebook" and "Google" login, you can use the Social Login extension and you may need to customize a one page checkout extension a bit for this type of checkout process.

There might not be exact extension for this.

Hmm.. the screen-shot you've attached looks weird. 

Try the one-page checkout by IWD - I'm using it and it works perfectly with my stores. Also, you may experiment with one-stap checkout by Webtex - I'm using it on my wife's website and it's also working fine.

The example you have given is from the website Zivame.com a very popular women inner wear website from India. It is a custom development and I do not think you will find the same UI although there are other One Page Checkout extensions which you may check on Magento Marketplace.
