allows a contact us link on a product page and the contact form already has the product info
What I'm looking for is to add a link to a product page - "contact us regarding this item", which leads to a contact form that already contains the product information (sku and title) in the respective fields.

The following Form Builder for Magento will be of help. It allows to pass the product ID or the product title to your custom "contact us" form. You can even publish the contact form right on the product view where all the data will be prefilled on the form.
