extra payment fees according to payment methods for Magento 2

I want to change extra fees in Magento 2 with payment methods for example:

- if order is placed using COD, charge $20 to not logged in customer group

Any advise or solution for that?

With our Magento 2 Payment Fee extension, you can charge extra fee for using certain payment methods. you can charge payment method fee either as flat amount or percentage.

For your requirement, create a rule for the COD payment method type and apply it only for the not logged in customer group, set the percentage or flat amount for the fee. Users will be automatically charged with the payment fee if they satisfy the conditions set using the payment fee rule.
