gives an accountmanager the ability to create quote's and orders

Hi,

I'm looking for an extension that let a customer act as a sort of accountmanager that can

• log in at the front-end
• place a quote (offer) for one of his customers (using their contactdetails)
• and when a customer agreed the offer it then changes the status of this quote to an order and fill in the extra info like paying and delivery details

Does somebody knows if there is an extension that can handle this?

Seems like you need an auction extension with some custom functionality/features.
