looking for extension that can config quick link in left side

I am looking for extension that can config quick link in left side.  I find one similar extension(https://marketplace.magento.com/mgtextensions-mgtextensions-socialmedialinks.html) but it only for M1.  My version is Magento 2.3. Any recommendation?
