La Réindexion ne fonctionne pas [Urgent]

Bonjour à tous, Ca fait maintenant 3 jour que je suis bloquer sur la ré indexation de c'est deux index j'ai tout essayer et rien n'y fait j'ai taper c'est commande : 

php bin / magento indexer: reset catalogrule_product
php bin / magento indexer: reset catalogrule_product

php bin / magento indexer: index catalogrule_product
php bin / magento indexer: index catalogrule_product

Voila ce me donne comme resultat à chaque fois :
