bei intallieren auf localhost XAMPP fehlt Buttom Agree , wer weisst woran es liegt ?

Thanks for your help, but that is not a solution for me, such methods can only be understood by specialists, such intsalition methods have user-friendliness = 0

das kann nicht sein , dass nur ich solche Problem mit Intallation habe.

Woran liegt es , das Button fehlt ?
