Amazon Sales Channel installed on Magento 2.3.2 Open Source

Hello,

We recently installed Amazon Sales Channel extension from Magento marketplace on Magento 2.3.2 community version. We were able to link our Amazon account to Magento store without any major issues.

Once the connection was made, order and product listing information was available on regular chron schedule. The only issue we now face is how to make this install operational. Although we can see orders in the extension (Marketing => Amazon=> Store=> Orders Tab), no Magento order #s are assigned to any Amazon orders. None of the Amazon orders show up in Magento Order Management.

Order Import function is set to Enable. Our initial guess is that Magento order is not being created at all, all we see is Order data directly imported from Amazon and is good for viewing purpose but cannot be edited.

Has anyone on this forum experienced this issue? Your help and guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

@GlassWater

Just make sure you have configured it correctly during the onboarding process. Below is the link of the documentation which can help you fixing the issue you are having.

Look into 2 major place:

1. Import Amazon order into Magento Store.

2. Order number source.

Thank you Tarandeep for your response.

Import Amazon Order Into Magento is set to Enable.

Order Number source is set to Magento

We noticed that new orders brought in corresponding listings into Amazon
sales channel as well. These listings were disabled by default and
inventory/stock availability set to zero. Could that be the reason for the
orders not being created in Magento?

@GlassWaterI believe yes. If inventory set yo zero then it will not create/assign Magento order.
