ERROR 110 CONNECTION TIMED OUT SFTP PRODUCT FEED

Good evening,

I am trying to create a feed for google in Magento 2 with the Amasty Product Feed for Magento 2 extension. When I try to connect to the SFTP server it returns the following error and Amasty tells me that this error is not due to the extension. Could you help me to fix this error?

ERROR:

User Notice: Unable to connect to partnerupload.google.com:19321. Error 110. Connection timed out
