Extension Manager - Checking Component Dependency

I'm trying to install any module on Magento 2.3 but I get the following:

 

Check Component Dependency

We found conflicting component dependencies. Hide detail
For additional assistance, see component dependency help.

 

I hope to resolve this problem, I'm locked and I can't go on.

Hi Helen,

I solved this problem then I also solved the backup problem, but now I can't install any extension.

When I try to install any extension I get stuck at Process extensions and show me this sentence
Process extensions Status:
Update application is running

The process remains so for hours but nothing.
I don't understand what the problem is

I would be grateful if you gave me a solution.
