We are attempting to add the
Facebook Ads Extension to our client's Magento 1.9 site to enable Facebook Shopping. We were able to successfully install the extension and connect it to our client's Facebook page. The issue is that the "Gender" and "Brands" attribute values did not map over to Facebook.
Does anyone have any insight into what the expected attribute name and values are for these attributes to be imported into Facebook Shopping? We have tried reaching out to Facebook but they pointed us back to Magento.
We have a custom automated import script written to work with their POS, so our attribute values for "Gender" are not what you would expect by default.
