Install Supee 6788 and Community Edition 1.9.2.2

How to install new SUPEE-6788 patch or upgrade CE 1.9.2.2 my magento?

Magento has just released new patch SUPEE-6788 and I am eagerly waiting to install it on my magento store. I have found some stuff on magento commercial site but that is not clear to me. It is bit more confusing.

Can any one help me into this quickly?
