Does anybody know where the "Request / Response" xml files would be stored for the UPS extension please (Magento 1.9.2.4)? I'm having a really wierd time trying to get help from UPS on this, and they insist that I have to submit these files before they can help. The extension is configured correctly to look up rates from my negotiated account with UPS, but customers are being offered different (lower) rates than UPS are actually charging me!
