Magento v2.2.3 Extension install error

Hello I am new to magento 

I have installed it on a server running Ubuntu 18 at home with no problems so I can mess around and develop my site but when I go the the Extension Manager under where it says 299 extension ready to install and try to install one the readiness check fails 

Here is what it tells me 

Can anyone help me fix this

Problem 1
- The requested package amzn/amazon-pay-and-login-magento-2-module could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.

Potential causes:
- A typo in the package name
- The package is not available in a stable-enough version according to your minimum-stability setting

Ok so I will not be able to install extensions from the Extension Manager I am going to have to run them all via composer. So how would I find how to run whatever plugin with composer. I was hoping to use the Extension Manager to install different extensions

Ok so I can not use the extension manager to install extensions or is there a way to fix the problem or should I use a different   version that works in

@alongtin you can install it by composer or you can check with the latest version of that extension.
