No answer

I'm trying to get some help from the developer of the Multi Color Theme from wOw IT but there's no answer. The links of "How to" with instructions about the install of the banner and other resources are broken, as anyone can see below:

Someone installed this extension before the problems with the installation instruction links? If not, without the developer support, I'm thinking about try another extension because without the instructions this is useless.

Hi Americo,

First - welcome to the forum.

I also get the same result as you, when visiting the Connect and the theme extension page.

Second, I could see that the theme only has 2 reviews - 1 good and 1 bad. This should/could be a warning about the theme. Not said  that this is not a good theme, but personally I never install some extentions with that score and popularity. 

Therefore always look for the reviews and popularity scores, before downloading, this way you could save a lot of precious time.

Alternative to this theme, try looking at this (if it has to be free?):

There are tons of other themes available in the marketplace, You can browse lot of FREE (on magentocommerce) and paid theme from other developers. I can give you suggestions if you want. 

It is always advisable to read reviews and check popularity before installing any extension from the marketplace. If you are store owner, you can ask your website developer about the extension. 

It is also advisable to make copy or testing website of your live store so that you can check new extension or new feature in testing website before making it live.
