Not visible extension

I have downloaded a payment solution extension. But the extension don’t show up in the store. The developer of the extension says that it’s an issue in our Magento! Please
Help!

It’s not from the Magento marketplace

Do you see your module in the list after running SSH command?

php bin/magento module:status

Please run:

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

and try again.

If the module is not in the list - then you copied/unpacked it in the wrong folder.
