Probllem when activate the FEDEX shiping metod

Hello to everyone, I hope somone can help me whit this issue thata I have when I activate and setup the FEDEX shiping metod

Well, I already setup this shipping metod, I do not install anything else talking about  other shipping metod partners plugin or somthing like that, and when I activate this metod for some reason I cant see the shipping metod available on the frontend view (on my store) the only metod that I see is the flat rate metod, the only way that I can see the fedex shipping option is when I loged in into the store. but I need that every one, loged and not loged user can use this shipping metod.

Can some help me to unertand what i am doing wrong to fix it.

Please try this if it works for you, Allow Guest Checkout" to "Yes" then clear cache and try again.

Second thing, Also enable Debug mode in Fedex shipping method, You can find out option in Fedex configuration https://www.screencast.com/t/NEiim5KmRuu so you will get error in /var/log directory.

After configure, Please clear cache and check it. If you still got an issue then please share error log file from /var/log directory.

thank you so . much but I already verify that and it seems to be ok. i add

about the dir for error logs, i dsould see taht directly on that dir? on my
file directory?

Check your exception logs var/logs
