Purchased extension not available to install - Magento 2 Open Source
I have purchased an extension in the magento marketplace. I then followed along with the official magento 2 documentation for the installation method.
- Clicked Install on the purchase success page
The page redirected to the access keys page - Copied the public and private access keys
- On my Magento 2 CE admin page, clicked System > Tools > Web Set Up Wizard
- Clicked Extension Manager
- Added my access keys from step 2
Here is where I expected to see '1 Extension ready to install' - however this page still displays 0.
What I have tried:
Waiting for around an hour and refreshing multiple times, incase it was not getting in sync.
Changing the 'mode' from default, to developer
Run these commands
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:upgrade php bin/magento cache:flush
Cleared all cache's in the admin panel
Deleted static cached files in my magento root installation folder
Tried disconnecting, and re-adding my access keys from the extension manager
I feel like I have tried absolutely everything and nothing will get the extension ready to install. How can I resolve this and install my extensions? I followed the documentation to the letter and it does not work.

Hi @equusit
You can download that extension from your marketplace account dashboard in "My Download" tab.
Then you can install manually as well.
I hope it will help you!

Re: Purchased extension not available to install - Magento 2 Open Source
I have the exact same problem.
The setup Wizard will not show the new extensions. It believes somehow that i have not purchased any extension. to be sure i went and purchased a new extension but no luck.
Simply no answers on the forum or web to address this problem.
Why does the web wizard cannot read from the marketplace ?
Does anyone know any answers to this ? I am attaching what i am seeing.

Re: Purchased extension not available to install - Magento 2 Open Source
I found I have this problem too. I even tried creating new access keys in case I wasn't synchronizing properly.
Then that ridiculous problem where it adds a space at the beginning of the key when you click on that Copy to Clipboard button turned into another 1/2 hour waste of my life.
Edit:
I may have found something.
On page https://docs.magento.com/user-guide/magento/magento-marketplace-synchronize-store.html
There is the warning "The Web Setup Wizard is being deprecated in Magento 2.3.6 and will be removed in Magento 2.4.0. After it is removed, you must use the command line to install or upgrade Magento, as well as extensions."
I wonder if it's started already.
Well, there's progress. /sarc
