Questions about using themes (Women's Fashion Theme by Pagayo)

Do the free themes include the photos? I am specifically referring to the Women's Fashion theme by Pagayo. I downloaded it last night finally after a couple of hours messing with it. I was able to get it loaded up in XAMPP but it seems to be missing most of the content that it shows on the screen shots. like the photos or the top navigation bar, etc.

Templates, especially free ones, will typically not include the images shown in the screenshots since these will most likely be stock images, that the creator of the tempalte have no right to redistribute.

It does, thank you and I am assuming that the top navigation bar is added once you add in your content in the code? (I am new to all of this). Thank you for your assistance.

if it is hard to use, I think you can download some free themes on http://sharefreedownload.com/ecommerce/magento-themes/
