cant install Dolphin Responsive Slideshow

Hello,

I've for days trying to put a slideshow on my page, but i can't do it.

I installed Dolphin Responsive Slideshow with Magento Connect and at admin page the configuration menu is there.

In the download page they tell us this:

"

To add slider on any page add this: "{{block type="slideshow/slideshow" template="slideshow/slideshow.phtml"}}".

You can add above code on homepage CMS content to enable slider on homepage."

Well i tried to put this code in a static block and in a CMS Page but it doesn't appear in the website.

Can anyone tell me where to put this code, because it's not working...

Hi @Chacal1996

Can you mention the exact version of Magento 1.9 which you are using?

If you are on Magento 1.9.2.2 or you have applied SUPEE-6788 patch you have to white list  slideshow/slideshow block under 

System > Permissions > (Blocks | Variables)

The version of magento is Magento 1.9.2.4.

I already allowed the block and variable slideshow/slideshow at System>Permissions>Blocks and Variables.

But it is still not in the frontend...
