i'm new to magento. i run a marketplace like ebay. i now want to switch to magento to get the full functionality. i can see all the marketplace extensions.
1. where do i start to get the marketplace up and running?
2. who do i ask for installation?
3. is there an extension for click and collect or buy online pickup instore here?
4. i have my own server for installation from liquidweb.com
5. does magento have customer service? i sent an email yesterday and till now there is no answer?
