stamps.com is installed but does not connect M2

I installed stamps.com extension and it shows as SDS in configuration. it has some fields to select asrice Export Type
Import Discounts
Export custom attributes as custom options
Import Child Product

in other words their extension is installed in magento 2 so why when I try to connect it to be able to manage the shipping from their system is just does not connect? i fill this information correctly and it just does not connect.

ANY ideas?

I am having the same problem with Magento 2.4. Were you ever able to get this to work? Stamps.com says it's some problem with the way Magento resolves addresses. (Something like that). As far as I know they say they have to fix the stamps.com integration. But they didn't give me a timeline.
