Can't login into admin area on localhost xampp

I installed magento-1.9.1.0 on xampp server and went to login page, when I entered the username and password the page only refresh an go to the login page again, I even enterd the username and pasword wrong to check if the page will check for the or not and it's shows me the login wrong username or password error message.
