Can't login into admin area

I cannot access by my Magento Admin, tried the cache metode bout still having problems.

Chrome: Right click > Inspect elements > Resources > Cookies > Clear all

Same for session storage: Right click > Inspect elements > Resources >Session Storage > clear all.

FireFox: Right click > Inspect elements > Resources > Cookies > clear cookies and session
