Fatal error: Class 'Less_Exception_Parser' not found

Fatal error: Class 'Less_Exception_Parser' not found in /public_html/lib/Less/Parser.php on line 8422

This error is comming when i am using magento, i have copied all the files and DB to another server there it is working fine. and i checked by my self in the /public_html/lib/Less/Parser.php on line 8422 the classLess_Exception_Parser exists..

please help if any one know the issue.

How did you install Magento?

Are you sure that all the files got to the server?

I've exactly the same problem: I've a quickstart fresh installation, trasfer files by FTP is perfect, backend is working but frontend have a error 500 page and the log error file the error:

Can be an error caused by incorrect configuration of the hosting or depends on my magento?
