Are you talking about translations or RTL texts or something else altogether? For RTL (Right to Left text) there're number of themes that support it, for Arabic language packages there're couple them floating around ...

Are you talking about translations or RTL texts or something else altogether? For RTL (Right to Left text) there're number of themes that support it, for Arabic language packages there're couple them floating around ...
