Do you have the directly click on the magento files? zip or anything so I can upload it directly to the server using SSH without downloading it to my computer

Magento is not publishing direct download links anymore (you have to be logged in), but there is a useful mirror site on Github with downloadable zip/tar.gz archives of each release:
