I have a shop in two languages.

How can I translated item titles and descriptions?

Hello @smartgrafik 

To translate the product name and description, you will need to add translated content for both the languages, Go to catalog > Manage Products > Select Products > Choose store view > Select store > uncheck "use default value" > Enter the translated text
