Missing PHP Extension curl

Hi am installing Magento 2.01 am running PHP 7.0.2 Apache server 2.4 - Windows 7 Ultimate - The readiness check tells me that the PHP extension curl. is missing but when I look at the installed extensions curl is in the extensions folder, the php.ini file has the  extension=php_curl.dll without semicolon have copied some dlls to the system folder suggested in different sites on the web, I have been battling with this for over 2 days and nothing works.

Have you tried using AMMPS on Windows? It's easy to setup!
