Re: New Magento Install Getting Apache 404 errors on GoDaddy
Hi,
Could you try clearing cache from admin panel , flush magento cache and compilation etc.
What is the version of magento you have install , what is the php version on the server.
Do you have appropirate permission to files and folder on linux server machine to be access from browser.

You just need to refresh the cache and run Magneto clean-up file so it sets proper permission which is required for Magento.

Re: New Magento Install Getting Apache 404 errors on GoDaddy
Hello,
I am running Magento ver. 1.9.2.1.
How do I run the clean up tool?
Something does not make sense as I am running another instance of a Magento website on the same server: www.spidertech.com.mx
All interior pages on that site are working fine.

Hello @jeffgrech
You can download the clean up file from this link,
http://realtuts.com/how-to-clear-magento-internal-server-error-after-installation/
Upload the clean up file in the root of Magento installation and run it via browser.
for eg. http://domain.com/magento-cleanup.php
