can't login to admin panel

NOOB alert....

just installed Magento. was working yesterday, I logged in and clicked around just looking. Today I pulled up the guide and wanted to login in and follow along with the guide, but when I put in my user and password, it just seems to refresh the screen. no errors or anything, the screen just pops back with blank fields. If I click on forgot password and fill it out it does the same thing, just refreshes the screen with blank fields and I never get a recovery email.

Please clear your browser cookies or open in incognito mode. It will work. This is only cookie related issue. Thanks

Si tienes acceso a la base de datos y puedes obtener ,a traducción de de la contraseña puedes obtener otra vez la contraseña de tu cuenta.
