Path "/home/dialnfashion/public_html/app/etc" must be writable. Path "/home/dialnfashion/public_html/media" must be writable. Path "/home/dialnfashion/public_html/media/xmlconnect" must be writable. Path  and so on

Looks like you are having permission problems. Are you on a Linux based server?

Usually I recommend permissions set to 644 for files and 755 for the main directory. But if I have issues on some unfamiliar hosting platform, I will temporarily raise everything to 777 just to get the job done. Then I clamp it back down of course!
